Our Approach

Our approach allows a client to build new connections, gain fresh insights, create common vision and develop practical and sustainable strategies to achieve goals through real collaboration. Part of our ethos is to constantly develop and adapt our toolkits. Every workshop is different and we only select tools that are going to aid the process and get the group closer to their objectives.

This process of innovation, whether designed for a specific organisation’s change requirement or aimed at developing new ideas that have real business benefit, ensures we find the right change-based solution for our clients.

How we work with you

The most important element in solving a problem is asking the right question. We invest a large amount of time understanding the client context and working with you to understand exactly what it is you want us to help you with. This openness and clarity upfront pays enormous dividends in process-efficiency and group-effectiveness.

All of our programmes are tailored to the needs of individual clients. The Sandbox team is truly multidiscipline with backgrounds from business, technology, the arts, journalism and psychology. We value creativity and believe that, once the 'right' question is asked, it is our job to challenge the status-quo, to help you find the other angles. The Sandbox team is well placed to exploit the most effective creative technologies and methodologies available.

We believe that optimum solutions derive from optimum contribution. We also understand that groups frequently do not capitalise on the potential of optimum contribution. We are highly skilled at ensuring full participation and capturing all group output. We have also developed our own interactive RED software to fully enable individual contribution.
