Team Coaching
We offer a powerful process for working with teams, based on the Team Diagnostics tool developed by Team Coaching International in California. The diagnostic provides a snapshot of where your team is now, measured by two key attributes: its levels of productivity (how good is it at getting things done?) and positivity (how strong is the team spirit?).
Most organisations are focussing ever more closely on how to get the best out of their teams, as team performance is increasingly recognised as a key determinant of overall organisational success.
We offer a powerful process for working with teams, based on the Team Diagnostics tool developed by Team Coaching International The diagnostic provides a snapshot of where your team is now, measured by two key attributes: its levels of productivity (how good is it at getting things done?) and positivity (how strong is the team spirit?). Research has shown that having a high level of these two attributes is a hallmark of teams who most consistently achieve successful results. We then coach the team over a period of six months on how to improve the specific aspects of their productivity and positivity which the diagnostic has shown are weakest; and at the end of the period of coaching, the team can re-take the diagnostic to show them and their organisation how much progress they have made in each direction.
